Project Kaiser allows to build bussiness structure of necessary complexity.
Employees sees only projects they are connected to (each project has a Team tab). This is what annie may see in My Projects.
We recommend to create a project all your employees has access to, in this example it is called Meeteing Room. Here you can place documentation, schedule days off etc.
