Project Kaiser is a multi-user application that is installed on a computer and acting as a server. The program works by using an Internet browser on the computer as well as from any other computers with network access to the server via a LAN or the Internet.

If you are not able to provide a separate computer as a server to install Project Kaiser, you can use the services of companies offering service VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server). So you will have a "virtual"server that is administered via internet.
