Description

When new database is created Project Kaiser adds few groups. Built-in groups can be classified as follows:

Role is a group which is used to specify users permissions when new member is added to a Team, roles are named using singular form e.g. Manager. Each role is included into one or more generic group which are named using plural forms e.g Project Managers. Generic groups are organized into hierarchy.

Can create requirements but not manage their workflow fields like such as assignee/responsible/status/stage/due date/start date
Attachment Managers
Can work with attachments
Discussion Moderators
Can moderate messages
Discussion Participants
Can leave comments
Documentation Writers
Full control over documents(wiki)
Folder Creators
Full control over Package and Folder
Forum Participants
Can create forum topics
Generic Field Readers
Can read generic file fields like id, name, descr provided that file type is allowed to read
Issue Creators
Can create issues, but not manage their workflow fields
MIB
Men In Black. Group which can change file secret_level. By default includes Project Managers
Milestone Managers
Can connect issues and requirements to milestone
Project Managers
Can do almost everything
Project Readers
Can read most of project files but not their workflow fields
Script Readers
 
Team Leaders
Currently has no big sense
Team Members
Base collaboration group with minimal privileges - can participate in discussions, create issues and read (but not set) workflow fields
Timesheet Readers 
Workflow Managers
Have full control over Requirement and Issue, can set their workflow fields
Workflow Readers
Can read workflow fields

Implicit groups

Systems automatically manages membership int these groups, e.g. is user logs in then he becomes member of Registered Users group

All users which included into team

Owner of file is included into this group

If user logged in he is a member of this group
